Description [src]

Removes a parasite from an image.

This procedure detaches a parasite from an image.

It will return FALSE if name is invalid (NULL or empty string) and TRUE otherwise (even if there was no parasite removed, because no parasite was named like this).

Parameters

name

Type: const gchar*

The name of the parasite to detach from an image.

The data is owned by the caller of the method.

The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.

Return value

Type: gboolean

TRUE on success.
